This weekend my mechanic Bud and I bought the TOPGAS bike from The Full Throttle Team in the Netherlands. The main reason was that we could not drive in a European class with the current Buell. After a lot of thinking and talking and looking to other classes we decided to drive in the Togas class.
We know Harry and Jaap because they also live in the Netherlands and drag race on the same events. Nice people who know to be serious on the strip and have fun after the race.
Because it’s a big step we asked them to help us out the first year and support us with there old bike and the class.
So we have a lot to do this winter. We Keep the Buell and have to decide what to do. This winter we will open the engine and make it fresh and new for 2007. Maybe another driver would be a good idea. We will see.
Here are some pictures with Jaap and Harry from the Full Throttle team. Later we will post more news and specs.
